3: AAA rated Hotel or Inn reservations, (including meals, made in advance. These need to be confirmed through your company.)

4: All travel expenses, including meals, lodging, and transportation payable upon receipt of invoice. (Airfare in advance)

5: Thirty foot, if needed, of free booth space is required for sponsors.
